South Whitlock Resort

This past weekend June 25th and 26th we were fishing out of Whitlock Bay area near Gettysburg South Dakota, right on Hwy 212. There were an over abundance of boats in the area and people to go along with them. Our first attempt to stay at Bob's Resort, after having waiting at there lounge for a short period of time, we found out that they had no room. However did they ever have a busy Steakhouse - a testimate to the good food.
We then headed up the road to South Whitlock were we visited with Randy at the baitshop. Randy and his crew were very responsive, however they had no place to sleep. Luckily we had a tent so he found us
